Even after the most perfect pre-wash stages, you always have to touch your paintwork to truly remove all remaining contaminants and dirt. In fact, you are moving dirt across the paintwork. How to wash a car with YumCars Wash shampoo?

For the safest washing process, first rinse the entire vehicle and ideally pre-wash the car thoroughly.

Pre-wash

1. Pre-wash with Yum Foam and Yum Citrus, prior to any contact wash, to gently remove dirt from the vehicle and minimize the risk of swirls, scratches or damage to the paintwork.

Washing process

1. Fill your bucket about 3/4 with water, add 50-100 ml of Yum Wash and fill the rest of your bucket with a high-pressure cleaner for an extra foamy wash.
2. Dip your wash pad or wash mitt in the bucket and gently wash the vehicle by hand from top to bottom, keeping the dirtiest areas for last.
3. Always follow the 2-bucket method with Grit Guards to trap dirt and grit, and rinse your wash pad regularly after each panel.
4. Rinse the car thoroughly after washing.
5. To facilitate drying and enhance the shine and depth of the paintwork, spray YumCars Detailer onto the wet vehicle.
6. Dry the vehicle with a microfiber cloth.

Foam cannon

1. To apply with a foam cannon, lance or hand sprayer, add 100-150 ml of Yum Wash to the reservoir.
2. Fill the rest with water and spray the entire vehicle from top to bottom.
3. This extra step will change the way you wash cars forever!
4. You add so much more slickness to the contact wash, further reducing potential damage.
