Is the product you purchased unfortunately defective? We will do everything necessary to resolve this correctly. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority!

Warranty period

For consumers, we apply the statutory minimum warranty period of two years for products, if the product does not conform to the placed order. This means that in case of defects or faults in the product, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge up to 2 years after delivery. For consumables such as liquids, pastes, cloths, and similar accessories, the warranty depends on the usage.

The statutory warranty period for second-hand goods is one year.

A repair within the warranty period and warranty conditions is free of charge. Therefore, always keep your invoice or order confirmation, as this serves as proof of warranty.

If the defect is not due to a manufacturing fault, damage during delivery, or similar causes, the necessary costs for this will be charged to the consumer.

How do I return a product?

  1. Contact us via info@prodetailstore.com and report the defect.
  2. Carefully pack the product in a box with filling material.
  3. Add the completed return form together with the product to the box.
  4. Take the package to a post office and send it to our address.
