As a consumer, are you not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind? That's a shame, but we can fix it.

14-day return period

As a consumer, if you purchase goods from us, you have the right to decide not to keep the goods for 14 days from delivery or the conclusion of the agreement. Within 14 days after we have received your order back or you have indicated that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the full purchase price of the goods.

How do I return a product?

  1. Contact us within 14 days by sending an e-mail to info@prodetailstore.com.
  2. In this e-mail, state the order number and the item you wish to return.
  3. Carefully pack the product in a box with filling material.
  4. Add a copy of the order or invoice along with the product to the box.
  5. Take the package to a post office and send it to our address.

Return costs

The return of products or orders is at your own expense. If the error (such as a defect) is ours, we will send you a label to return the item. Please contact us so that we can handle this correctly.

Exceptions

  • We only accept products in unopened packaging and unused condition.
  • Seals or closures of coatings, bottles, or canisters must not have been removed.
  • Microfiber, polishing pads, and similar items must not come into contact with liquids or chemicals and are only accepted in unused and unwashed condition.
  • PRODETAILSTORE is not liable for damage and lost packages during return transport. Therefore, always ensure proper packaging.

Damaged transport packaging

If you see serious damage on the outside of the package, do not accept the shipment and ask the delivery person to report it. If you have already accepted the package and still notice damaged transport packaging, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@prodetailstore.com. Photograph the damage with your mobile and send it to us as an attachment by e-mail. This will help us immensely and enable us to quickly offer a suitable solution. We can only submit a claim to the transport service within a maximum of 5 days. To submit a claim, we need several photos that meet the following conditions:

  • (1) A photo of the complete package.
  • (2) A photo of the package with the package label visible.
  • (3) A photo of the damage to the outside of the box.
  • (4) A photo taken from above of the opened package, clearly showing the contents and internal packaging of the package.
  • (5) A photo of all types of internal packaging included in the package.
  • (6) A photo of the entire item.
  • (7) A detailed photo of the specific damage to the item.
