YumCars Citrus is a strong, concentrated cleaner specifically designed to remove and loosen dirt, grease, grime, and insects from your vehicle before the washing process. It has been developed for our customers not only to assist with the pre-wash process but also to boost other elements in the detailing process, such as tidying up engine bays, cleaning door shuts, and even panel gaps.

After extensive raw material research, YumCars has found that common citrus cleaners are only 3% strength while being priced at the higher end of the spectrum. YumCitrus's raw material content is 21%, meaning this is a highly dilutable product or, if used neat, can tackle the most demanding jobs. The remaining 79% consists of other essential degreasers and water-based cleaners, making this product the strongest citrus pre-wash on the market to date!

For best results, spray liberally over the entire vehicle before applying a thick layer of Yum Foam and allowing it to dwell.

Car citrus pre-wash

Our Citrus pre-wash can be diluted if necessary, but for heavily soiled areas, we always recommend using it neat or diluting it 1:1 with water. For light cleaning tasks, you can dilute it even further. There is no right or wrong dilution ratio, but we recommend diluting between 1:5 and 1:10 for general maintenance. For extremely well-maintained vehicles, 1:20 adds just the right amount of power to the pre-wash.

How do I use YumCars Citrus Pre-Wash?

1. Dilute the pre-wash according to the application.
2. Rinse the vehicle thoroughly with a pressure washer.
3. Spray Citrus liberally over the entire vehicle, especially on the lower parts where most contaminants accumulate.
4. Apply a thick layer of YumCars Foam over the exterior and allow it to dwell depending on weather conditions. Ensure the product does not dry in high temperatures.
5. Rinse thoroughly, leaving a perfectly prepared surface ready for the contact wash stage.

If you are using Citrus on door shuts or panel gaps, use neat Citrus and work the areas with a detailing brush.
